Order Processing
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours if the following day is a business day (Monday - Friday); excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Once orders are processed and sent to the carrier, they're typically delivered within 2 - 4 business days (for the continuous 48 states).

Shipping Destinations
Basesse ships to all states within the United States of America.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders cannot be split among multiple shipping addresses.

Order Tracking & Communication
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Resources to track the status of your shipment will be available in your order confirmation email.

Basesse will attempt to keep our customers informed if made aware of significant shipping delays. However, Basesse is not responsible for carrier shipping delays that may arise. If you have any concerns, please visit the carrier websites for more information.

Free Shipping Limitations
Free shipping offers are not available for upgraded shipping methods. If you choose to upgrade shipping for faster delivery, additional charges will apply, and will be reflected during the checkout process.

Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico destinations.
