Basesse is committed to delivering quality products, and vows to make things right if we inadvertently fall short of doing so.
About Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Items damaged during shipping or incorrect orders must be reported within seven (7) days to receive a replacement.
- Items found to be defective must be reported within 30 days to receive a replacement.
Incorrect orders will only be replaced if Basesse ships the wrong item(s), or an item was missing from the order. We will not replace items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

To process a claim, email info@basesse.com, and include the following:
- Subject Line: RETURNS - Order# [insert order number]
- Image(s) of damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s)
- Description of damage, defect or incorrect order
- Your contact info:
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
You will receive a reply (via email) within 2 business days regarding next steps.
